2Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
3Reservations and Payment
- A reservation becomes binding only upon written confirmation from the hotel
- Prices are quoted in euros (€) and include VAT in accordance with Montenegrin regulations
- The hotel reserves the right to amend prices until the reservation is confirmed
- Payments are processed via a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor — we do not store card numbers on our system
- Reservations made through OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) are subject to those platforms' own terms
4Cancellation and Refunds
- Free cancellation: up to 48 hours before arrival (unless otherwise stated at the time of booking)
- Late cancellation or no-show: the equivalent of one night's stay will be charged
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment card
- Non-refundable rates and special promotional prices cannot be cancelled or refunded
5Hotel Rules
- Check-in: from 14:00
- Check-out: by 11:00
- Guests are required to present a valid identity document at check-in — this is a legal requirement in Montenegro
- Smoking is not permitted in rooms or enclosed areas of the hotel
- Pets are not permitted without prior approval from the hotel
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who disturb the peace and comfort of other guests
- Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest responsible
6Liability
Boutique Hotel Casa di Sofia accepts no liability for:
- Loss or theft of guests' personal belongings during their stay
- Direct or indirect damages resulting from force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, armed conflicts, etc.)
- Inaccuracies or errors on third-party websites linking to our site
- Temporary unavailability of the website or booking system due to technical issues
The hotel offers a safe deposit service and recommends guests use it for valuables.
7Use of the Website
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using website content for commercial purposes without the hotel's written consent
- Copying, reproducing or distributing photographs, text or design elements from this website
- Attempting unauthorised access to the website's technical infrastructure
- Misrepresentation or submission of false information in the booking system

9Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Podgorica, Montenegro.

The hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page with an updated date. We recommend periodic review. Continued use of the website following any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
